At PW Partners, Patrick oversees the firm’s investment strategy, mergers and acquisitions activity, and enterprise finance operations. Earlier in his professional career, he worked at Prudential Capital Group and Prudential Securities as an investment analyst focused on commercial real estate and publicly traded real estate investment trusts. He later joined Deutsche Bank as a vice president in investment banking, then transitioned into leadership roles at hedge funds and partnerships in Chicago.

Patrick's career has also included significant involvement in corporate governance and board leadership. He has served on the board of directors for BJ’s Restaurants and held chairman and committee positions with companies including Del Taco Restaurants, Famous Dave’s of America, and Town Sports International. Nation’s Restaurant News recognized him in its 2015 Power List, highlighting influential figures in the restaurant business, while Ernst & Young named him Entrepreneur Of The Year in 2018 for his leadership and business accomplishments.

Patrick Walsh, CEO, studied economics at Wesleyan University, where he competed in both football and baseball before transferring to Boston College after a back injury ended his athletic career. He graduated with honors in accountancy and later continued his investment education at Columbia University through its Executive Value Investing Program, taught by Professor Bruce Greenwald. He also earned a Chartered Financial Analyst designation through the CFA Institute. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he maintains interests in fitness, travel, cooking, and literature while continuing to live and work in South Florida.
